Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Client Services team in a series of geographies, industries, or product segments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive short- and long-term strategy for the business group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with Directors, producers, and other leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Support the Director in developing an annual business plan and achieving expected outcomes.
  • Drive a culture of deep client relationships, where our understanding of business needs creates a partnership that makes clients' businesses better.
  • People & Culture:
    • Recruit and develop key unit positions, including Team Leads, Account Execs, Account Managers, and Account Analysts.
    • Mentor and train associates to achieve their career goals.
    • Maintain monthly one-on-one meetings with associates to ensure their growth and development.
  • Operations & Technology:
    • Drive adherence to established processes and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
    • Manage workloads to balance capacity and align key clients with needed expertise.
  • Clients & Prospects:
    • Handle a significant portion of traditional Account Executive client workload.
    • Engage in non-AE assigned client meetings in a leadership support capacity.
    • Assist producers in closing large and complex deals with prospective clients.
  • Insurance Markets and Vendor Partnerships:
    • Maintain relationships with local and regional leaders in the marketplace.
    • Escalate transaction support needs to carriers and wholesale leaders to effect positive outcomes for clients.
    Requirements:

Qualifications include 10+ years of industry experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience (5+ preferred).
