Role Summary:
The Commercial division is pivotal in propelling business expansion, managing partnerships, and offering expert guidance to both clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team forges significant relationships with clients through their comprehensive understanding of IT services, industry trends, and challenges. Roles within this team include business development professionals, client partners, alliance managers, industry advisors, and operational leaders.

The Client Partner position at Endava is a senior role within the Commercial organization. This individual is responsible for nurturing the relationship between the client and the delivery team, ensuring that objectives, expectations, and deliverables are aligned. The role entails managing and enhancing key client relationships, driving substantial revenue growth, and uncovering new business prospects. The Client Partner is crucial in sustaining and expanding these relationships through outstanding client experiences, ongoing improvement, exceptional service delivery, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Leadership:
    Implement strategic initiatives to foster long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Pipeline and Strategy Management:
    Manage and cultivate a pipeline within accounts, aligning with a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with a Business Development Manager.
  • Client Engagement:
    Dedicate a significant portion of time to developing new business opportunities and relationships within client accounts.
  • Financial Management:
    Oversee revenue and profit forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections and adjustments.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Ensure comprehensive account growth planning aligned with client business needs.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Guarantee compliance with governance and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of high performance.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess substantial experience in client management or a related field, with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. A proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and managing client strategies is essential. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
