Senior Relationship Manager II-Client Services Specialist-Global Market Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager II-Client Services Specialist-Global Market Operations to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the Global Market Operations space.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between Core Settlement Operations and our Fixed Income Prime Broker client base.
- Escalate and resolve trading issues intraday across DTC, Canada, US Fed Settlements, and Fed Mortgage settlement markets.
- Ensure settlement risk is identified, escalated, and resolved timely.
- Identify, agree, and coordinate pair offs and partial settlements.
- Directly interact with clients on a daily basis, serving as the main point of contact for all settlement issues.
- Preferred 2 or more years of Settlement Operations and/or Client Services experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of one or more core settlement markets, including DTC, Fed Governments, Fed Mortgage, Canadian CDS, Euroclear, and Crest.
- Analyze data and provide root cause analysis.
- Develop strong rapport with front-line units and business partners.
- Operate successfully in a self-driven/fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mitigate Operational Risk and establish Risk Framework.
