Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Administration
    • Show and lease properties to prospective residents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
    • Conduct market surveys and analyze data to inform leasing strategies and drive results
    • Process leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn process to ensure a smooth transition for residents
  • Marketing and Outreach
    • Assist in implementing annual marketing plans and outreach initiatives to drive property traffic and leasing goals
    • Review and analyze market conditions to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Customer and Resident Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Project a positive image of the community and ensure consistency in dealing with residents
