Job Overview

BoMark Technology Group is expanding its low voltage division and is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee structured cabling initiatives. We offer a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and cultivating business opportunities and managing projects from initial stages through to contract completion.
  • Overseeing multiple structured cabling projects, creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) tailored to client needs, and estimating material and labor costs while adhering to established pricing strategies to meet profit margin objectives.
  • Ensuring accountability for overall project performance against budget estimates.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between BoMark and clients, providing support during presentations and attending pre-installation, construction, and progress meetings. Conducting site assessments and monitoring project execution to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines, while communicating updates to clients and management.
  • Facilitating problem resolution related to contracts, addressing issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing and verifying all necessary deliverables for clients, including accurate floor plans and test results, while ensuring timely administration of job packages and documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining both short-term and long-term sales forecasts.
  • Performing additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in telecommunications, structured cabling construction, or low voltage systems.
  • Strong client service skills and a proven track record in achieving business objectives.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and interpreting technical drawings.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience; RCDD certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in MS Project being a plus.
  • A professional, team-oriented work ethic and the willingness to travel as required.
