At Vertisystem, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Intellectual Property team as a File Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Proven ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
- Customer service focused.
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
