Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including on-campus and off-campus events, to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Student Experience Management: Oversee the student tour guide and ambassador program, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for campus visitors.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support for on-campus events, including budget management, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct analytical assessments of event effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for outside groups and organizations, building relationships and promoting campus events.
  • Technology and Data Management: Utilize customer relationship management systems, such as SLATE, to plan, evaluate, and optimize event performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Two years of progressive leadership experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, administrative, and supervisory skills, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Admissions Experience: Three or more years of admissions experience with some event planning.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with customer relationship management systems and student information systems.
