Tennis Professional

Ekwanok Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tennis Professional to lead our tennis program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tennis instruction, managing our tennis operations, and ensuring a world-class experience for our members.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive tennis program, including group and private lessons, clinics, and tournaments.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the tennis department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination of events and activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tennis trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our program remains competitive and innovative.

• 5.0 or stronger player with a strong competitive background.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Professional certification from the USPTA or IPTPA.
• Previous experience as a Head or Assistant Teaching Professional at a private club.
• College education - Bachelor's degree.

The Tennis Professional will work indoors and outdoors, with a moderate level of physical activity required. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform activities such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
