About the Job
The San Francisco Art Institute is seeking an experienced Client Development Manager to join our retail leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team of sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
  • Lead a team of Style Advisors in developing their clienteling skills and behaviors.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility on the selling floor to ensure effective coaching and development of associates.
  • Manage performance issues effectively and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements
* 3+ years of management experience in comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving results
* Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and client expectations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Salary and Benefits
$65,000 - $75,000 per annum
