R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential New Construction Foreman to oversee the installation processes within our Residential New Construction division. This role involves managing crew schedules, ensuring effective communication with clients, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the field operations of the Residential New Construction department.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing construction projects.
  • Maintain daily awareness of crew activities and job status.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Review new job details with installers and address any outstanding tasks.
  • Facilitate communication with field teams to adhere to project timelines.
  • Provide mentorship and training to HVAC Installer Helpers.
  • Supervise installation teams to guarantee quality and timely project completions.
  • Respond promptly to builder and customer inquiries, updating the RNC coordinator on any changes.
  • Uphold high standards for time management and quality assurance.
  • Manage material inventory and vehicle maintenance in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Design and install ductwork as required.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean work area and ensure post-job cleanliness.
  • Exhibit a strong safety mindset both on-site and while operating vehicles.
  • Keep company vehicles in pristine condition.
  • Minimize ongoing work by efficiently completing and billing projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding returns and warranties as necessary.
  • Participate in weekly RNC meetings to review performance and set departmental goals.
  • Continuously seek and implement innovative installation practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in residential new construction installation.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Possession of a 06A Electrical License.
  • City of Spokane Gas License I or II.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
