Construction and Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction and Restoration Project Manager to join our team in the Northwestern Region. This role involves executing and supervising reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
- Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director.
- Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets.
- Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements.
- Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results.
- Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports.
- Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director.
- Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.
- 2-3 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or restoration.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry tools and how to use and maintain them.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.

- A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies and be able to pass insurance company's criminal background check.
