We are seeking a skilled Construction and Restoration Project Manager to join our team in the Northwestern Region. This role involves executing and supervising reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director.
  • Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets.
  • Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results.
  • Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports.
  • Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director.
  • Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or restoration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry tools and how to use and maintain them.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.

    • A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies and be able to pass insurance company's criminal background check.
