About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical SUD Supervisor to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. As a Clinical SUD Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing quality treatment services to clients with substance use disorders using evidence-based and promising practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision to SUDPTs and SUDPs, including review of assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress toward continuation of services, authorization of care, and direct observation of delivery of clinical care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure clients are meeting treatment goals and making progress towards recovery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support for clients.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field.
  • Credentialed with the Department of Health as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in the State of Washington in accordance with WAC 246-811.
  • Meet and obtain qualifications as an Approved Supervisor in accordance with WAC 246-809-134.
  • 3 years of experience as a licensed SUDP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field.
  • Experience in residential treatment or outpatient treatment.
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions and substance use disorder.
  • Advanced training in group process or educational programming.
