About the Maintenance Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Avenue5 Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of our properties are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Avenue5 Residential's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure costs are within allocated limits.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet Avenue5 Residential's standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to maintenance-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
