Hardware Maintenance Specialist

As a Hardware Technician at Actalent, you will be responsible for maintaining critical lab tests and equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing regular maintenance on lab hardware, tracking lab inventory, and running lab automation.
Key Skills
- Troubleshooting and repair of lab equipment and hardware
- Maintenance of lab equipment and hardware
- Assistance in test automation execution and communication of results to engineering/development stakeholders
- Maintenance of logs and records of maintenance performed in lab
- Inventory management of lab equipment
- Ensuring the lab is clean and free of debris
- Creation, update, and maintenance of technical documentation of lab efforts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work in proximity with others. You must also be agile and able to adapt to shifting work requests and priorities. Self-motivation and a drive to execute tasks with little prompting are essential. Experience as a technician in a test environment is desired, as is experience with Windows client/server operating systems and image deployment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to read, work with, and create schematics and/or technical diagrams are also beneficial.
