Building Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and effectively
- Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life
- Perform emergency repairs as needed
- Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Review inspection reports to ensure building systems are operating within design capabilities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training
- Engineering experience that focuses on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
- HVAC and electrical license preferred
