Electrical Hardware Verification Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Hardware Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing test plans for various electrical functions of the ISL, including voltage regulators, analog sensor signal conditioning and processing, analog actuator control, and overall ISL monitoring and control across spacecraft interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and execute hardware verification testing on component level
  • Use oscilloscopes, power supplies and electronic loads to make measurements
  • Collect and deliver data; write and/or contribute to test reports
  • Help create test cases and test plans, modifying existing test documentation as needed
  • Provide test feedback to teams to improve quality performance through all phases of data collection
  • Work with design and test engineers assisting with prototype builds

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Support Engineer
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Experience using soldering tools to solder and desolder components and blue wires
  • Understanding of working principles of voltage regulators
  • Understanding of serial interfaces
