Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing presentations, agendas, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for events.
  • Manage projects, perform light project coordination, and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents.
  • Respond to incoming calls and correspondence, and compose confidential correspondence, reports, and complex documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external entities as needed.
  • Analyze data for various projects and research information as required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
