Job Summary
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lead Office Coordinator to join our team at Christ Community Health Services. In this role, you will provide administrative support in all areas of front-office operations and act as back-up to the Office Manager in their absence.

  About You
  To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as a medical office assistant, with a working knowledge of computers and excellent communication and customer service skills. Your high school diploma or equivalent is required, and your licenses or certifications should be relevant to the field.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient registration, verifying insurance, scheduling diagnostic referrals, scheduling patient appointments, etc.
  • Complete referrals, including specialty and women's cancer screening referrals.
  • Provide administrative coverage in other departments as needed.

  Work Environment
  As a Lead Office Coordinator at Christ Community Health Services, you will work in a typical office environment with some exposure to patients who may be infectious. This is a full-time opportunity, and you can expect to spend approximately 60% of your time sitting, 20% standing, and 20% walking. Your maximum lifting capacity will be 10 lbs., and you will use machines and equipment such as photocopy machines, fax machines, credit card machines, and computers throughout your day.

  Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
