Marketing Manager Job Description

At Stonefire Grill Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure effective marketing execution.
  • Manage and optimize our guest loyalty program to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
