Job Summary

UIC Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our upcoming opportunity with a PEO C3T. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contractor personnel assigned to the contract, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of contractor personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Review and approve program CDRL documents to ensure consistency, compliance, and financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with subordinate PMs to coordinate contractor personnel and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on behalf of the contractor to drive project success.
  • Evaluate and balance anticipated budget expectations to ensure project financial stability.
  • Work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to resolve program issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present briefing packages to high-level leadership as required.
  • Meet with customers and contractor personnel to develop and review task plans and deliverable items.
  • Ensure conformance with program tasks, schedules, and costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Eight plus (8+) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive US Army Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support is necessary.
