About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Performance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare providers and members by ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review of medical records to identify opportunities for improvement in clinical performance
  • Collect and analyze data to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and teams to develop and implement strategies to improve clinical performance
  • Provide education and support to healthcare providers and staff on clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to improve clinical performance and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or quality improvement role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a physician office or medical group setting
  • Knowledge of clinical quality metrics and quality improvement initiatives
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems
