Key Responsibilities:
- Referral Coordination: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, hospitals, and outpatient facilities to coordinate patient referrals, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Patient Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and documented.
- Insurance Authorization: Obtain insurance authorization for patient appointments and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding appointment schedules, test results, and other relevant information.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient information, appointment schedules, and test results in our electronic medical record system.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
