In the Telecommunications Sales Consultant role, you will engage in a hands-on learning experience that includes role-playing scenarios, allowing you to actively apply your knowledge in real-world situations with our customers. Throughout the training process, you will gain insights into the products and services we provide, as well as learn how to interact directly with our clients' customers. We are in search of a candidate who embodies a strong student mentality and a willingness to learn. An ideal Telecommunications Sales Consultant is driven, goal-oriented, and possesses a desire for continuous improvement as WK Solutions Inc. expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging directly with our customers and following up to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop effective proposals that contribute to successful sales strategies.
  • Create informative product presentations tailored to address and meet customer needs.
  • Establish rapport with customers to effectively promote products and maintain our client's esteemed reputation.
  • Manage your territory efficiently to complete tasks on time, enhance customer relationships, and improve lead quality.
  • Participate in daily training sessions with the sales and marketing teams to deepen your product knowledge and better serve potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong personal and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse environment that encourages innovative ideas and skill development.
  • A robust work ethic and student mentality to excel in the Telecommunications Sales Consultant role and acquire new skills for growth within the company.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Leadership development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
