Your Role:
As a Roofing Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Educate homeowners on the claims process and conduct roof inspections.
- Act as a liaison between clients and their insurance providers to facilitate claims.
- Maintain proactive communication with the production team and clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to establish best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
