Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Midsouth region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
  • Provide training and support to Trane Commercial Sales Offices (CSO) in the assigned territory.
  • Assist local Account Managers in identifying target markets and customers in their areas.
  • Support local Account Managers in communicating opportunities, evaluating customer needs, and providing product selections, performance data, and pricing support.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree with a business, technology, or engineering emphasis is desired.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven team player with ability to communicate clearly to all team members.
  • Technical skills including computer proficiency utilizing Word, Outlook, CRM, and Excel.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $69,000 - $160,000.
  • Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
