Identity and Access Management Specialist

Zebra Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for integrating enterprise and cloud applications with single sign-on platforms and multi-factor authentication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement single sign-on solutions using industry-standard protocols
- Develop and maintain authentication policies to ensure secure access to enterprise resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity governance and administration solutions
- Assist in security and compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain auto-provisioning platforms to streamline user access management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
- Working knowledge of federation protocols, such as OAuth and SAML
- Experience with identity governance and administration solutions, including user provisioning and deprovisioning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Development and operational experience with Ping Identity services
- Working knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory
- Experience with single sign-on models and web server and app server session management
