**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Enablement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in identifying opportunities, prioritizing projects, and providing consulting support to ensure seamless collaboration between business units and IT.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution roadmaps for Commercial, Clinical, and Quality organizations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, and external vendors to develop and implement Salesforce, Veeva Promomat roadmap, driving innovation and growth
  • Partner with business units and external vendors to support and improve the Quality and Clinical platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Foster integration between platforms to create a cohesive solutions portfolio, enhancing user experience and productivity
  • Analyze information, developing recommendations to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Serve as a liaison across functional areas, including business units, IT, and outside vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration
  • Possess broad knowledge of technical and business resources to coordinate with team members and external resources, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Develop a shared vision of respective solutions and facilitate decision-making processes, driving alignment and consensus
  • Establish sound rationale for portfolio management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, with a focus on life sciences and healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns, and develop insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and IT contracts, with a focus on negotiation, risk management, and compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with a focus on data privacy, security, and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive innovation, and achieve business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Compliance Quest, and Veeva Platform, with a focus on configuration, customization, and integration

Benefits and Compensation:**

The estimated salary range for this position is $166,175 - $252,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer pre-IPO equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
