The company seeks an experienced FP&A VP to join its high-performing organization, responsible for driving business results, providing financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and modernizing the company's financial reporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic financial planning initiatives to drive business growth.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a global high-growth company.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, a strategic thinker.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Versatile collaborator with exceptional work ethic, eager to learn, ask questions, and navigate across different perspectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. MBA is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CMA/CPA is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum based on industry standards.
