AI Security Solutions Engineer

Who You Are
You are a dedicated software engineer with a strong history of developing and implementing models that solve tangible challenges. Your expertise encompasses:
- Model Customization for Specific Problems: Proven experience in modifying neural network architectures such as GANs, Autoencoders, Attention Mechanisms, and Transformers, or creating innovative architectures tailored to unique challenges across various fields (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, time series analysis).
- High-Dimensional Data Management: Skilled in handling and extracting valuable insights from high-dimensional data, utilizing techniques like dimensionality reduction or specialized network designs.
- NLP and LLM Proficiency: Familiarity with models like BERT and GPT, enabling effective analysis of structured and unstructured text data. Experience in building custom NLP models for applications such as text generation or summarization is highly advantageous.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Capability to apply deep learning methodologies creatively to address complex issues, often integrating domain knowledge from cybersecurity or other sectors with innovative thinking.
- Model Scalability and Efficiency: Expertise in crafting models suitable for deployment in diverse environments, with a clear understanding of the trade-offs between model complexity and operational performance.
- Commitment to Continuous Learning: Dedication to remaining informed about the latest advancements in deep learning, consistently incorporating new research and techniques into your problem-solving strategies.
What You Will Do
In this position, you will confront some of the most pressing challenges faced by businesses today through:
- Model Development: Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms aimed at addressing security issues, including threat detection, anomaly identification, and risk evaluation.
- Model Training and Assessment: Oversee the training, validation, and refinement of machine learning models using contemporary techniques and libraries. Establish and monitor security-focused metrics for evaluating model performance.
- Software Solution Development: Create resilient software systems to integrate, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning models in operational settings. This includes optimizing software frameworks, ensuring seamless model integration, and rigorously testing systems to uphold high reliability and performance standards.
- Deployment Strategy Collaboration: Work alongside software engineering teams to devise and execute deployment strategies for models within security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop a comprehensive process for machine learning and security operations, maintaining clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and security protocols.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python or R, along with familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- 2+ years of experience in constructing machine learning systems and scalable solutions.
- BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience, or MS degree with 1+ year of experience as a machine learning engineer.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical colleagues.
