- AI Development: Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, training, and deploying AI models, including machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.
- Cloud Computing: At least 5 years of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ML deployment strategies.
- Large Language Models: Experience with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Image Processing, and generative AI techniques.
- AI Product Development: Proven experience in developing AI-based products or systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- DataOps/MLOps: Experience with DataOps/MLOps workflows, infrastructure, and tooling.
- Agile and DevOps: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Mentorship: Ability to coach and mentor other engineers, particularly early-career professionals.
- Adaptability: Capacity to learn and adapt to innovative technologies in a fast-paced environment.
