Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal RF Design Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced RF systems and components. Your expertise will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RF systems and components, including transmitters, receivers, and exciters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans
Conduct testing and validation of RF systems and components

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in RF design and development
Strong understanding of RF principles and theories
Experience with RF simulation tools, such as HFSS and ADS
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
