Electrical Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in RF/Microwave System Design. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in RF/Microwave system theory and design, including architectures, subsystems, components, and Active Electronically Steered Antennas (AESAs).
Responsibilities
- Design and hands-on testing of microwave components, cards, and systems
- Provide technical support to production activities
- Lead and manage teams, including cost and schedule management, proposal writing, and presentation experience
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten years of prior relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, and analytical tools such as Matlab
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Background designing and testing analog CCAs, including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design, and analog filter design
- Experience in electrical interconnects and transmission line design
- Understanding of EMI analysis and mitigation techniques
