Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at DFW Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share through effective sales and marketing strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

  • Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
