Position Overview

S&K Building Services is seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to enhance our customer service experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring accurate management of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone communications, scheduling, and customer interactions to support branch operations.
  • Address online inquiries and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Verify and coordinate work order schedules.
  • Input invoices and financial statements into our system; distribute these documents to clients.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivables and ensure alignment of QuickBooks data with corporate records.
  • Assist in inventory procurement processes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experienced with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong data entry capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residing in the local area and available for in-office work.
  • Willingness to work a standard schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Background in managing Accounts Receivables.
  • Familiarity with the Field Services sector.
