Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Sales Support Specialist to identify new business prospects, assist in marketing lead generation, contribute to the development of our sales pipeline, and actively engage in daily sales operations.

This role will support our external sales team and work closely with clients, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.


Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable using both for outreach
• Familiarity with CRM applications preferred (experience with Zoho is a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous
• Keen attention to detail and relationship-building skills
• Positive, team-oriented self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively to meet team objectives

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients through proactive outreach
• Upsell products to existing clients
• Source products and prepare proposals/quotes
• Maintain CRM records related to customer interactions
• Commit to scheduling a minimum of 4 qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives each month
• Actively listen to clients to identify business challenges
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to close projects
• Maintain pricing information for assigned clients
• Keep clients updated on pricing changes
• Process customer orders
