Position Overview:

We are actively searching for a motivated, detail-oriented, and seasoned Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing our financial operations, safeguarding our company's financial health, and steering our financial strategy. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all accounting practices within the organization, including overseeing accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, and tax and audit functions.
2. Direct financial strategy, planning, and forecasts; collaborate with executive leadership.
3. Analyze and report on trends, opportunities for growth, and projections for future company performance.
4. Supervise investment and cash management strategies.
5. Ensure financial integrity by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
6. Maximize returns on investments by identifying opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by monitoring legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on necessary actions.
8. Stay updated on new regulations and industry best practices through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
4. Strong proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
5. Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
6. Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
