About the Role

Prestige Care Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Switchboard Operations: Receive and route a high volume of calls, providing information to callers and relaying messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain the office supply inventory, ordering additional supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Communication Support: Assist with faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Mail and Shipping: Sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and overflow work as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Postage and Supplies: Request postage as needed and maintain the updating process of the postage machine, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance: Order supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms, maintaining an orderly and clean environment.
  • Visitor Management: Meet and address visitors, ascertaining the nature of their business and directing them accordingly.
  • Office Manager Support: Assist the office manager as requested, providing additional support and ensuring a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge: General office practices and techniques.
  • Skills: Effective communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
