As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, while also overseeing administrative tasks and mentoring new staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including transfers, dementia, and home care
- Perform administrative tasks, such as meet and greets, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and have reliable transportation
- Compassionate and experienced in caregiving, with a strong understanding of transfers, dementia, and home care
