Position Overview:The Evening Office Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support and managing communications.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handles a high volume of calls through the switchboard, providing information to callers and relaying messages.
  • Maintains appropriate levels of office supplies and orders additional supplies as necessary.
  • Assists with faxing and copying tasks as required.
  • Sorts, distributes, and manages all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Undertakes special projects and overflow work as needed.
  • Assists with travel arrangements and hotel bookings as requested.
  • Requests postage as needed and oversees the postage machine's updating process.
  • Orders supplies for kitchen and restrooms, ensuring a tidy kitchen area.
  • Greets and assists visitors, determining the nature of their business and directing them accordingly.
  • Provides support to the office manager as requested.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management, employees, and visitors.
  • Proficient in using computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
