Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Handles a high volume of calls, directing them appropriately and providing information to callers.
- Maintains office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as necessary.
- Assists with faxing and copying tasks as required.
- Sorts, distributes, and manages all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Engages in special projects and overflow work as needed.
- Facilitates travel arrangements and hotel bookings as requested.
- Requests postage and oversees the postage machine's operation.
- Orders supplies for communal areas and ensures cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Welcomes visitors, determines the nature of their business, and directs them accordingly.
- Provides assistance to the office manager as needed.
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
- Effective communication skills with management, staff, and visitors.
- Proficient in using computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
