- Expert Testimony: Prepare and testify in support of expert witness reports, Redevelopment Studies, and Redevelopment Plans. Ensure compliance with land use and zoning ordinances.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage junior staff members, fostering professional development and ensuring project success.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Education: BA/BS in Planning or a related field required; Master's Degree in City or Regional Planning or Urban Design highly desired.
- Certifications: PP (Professional Planner) and AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) licenses are required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in municipal planning, land use planning, and/or project management.
- Skills: Strong writing and oral communication skills; public speaking experience; ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and develop practical solutions.
