Business Development Representative

At Facsimile Communication Industries, Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating interest and awareness of our products through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Raise awareness and generate interest in our products through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
- Identify new accounts and potential clients through social selling and prospecting.
- Manage own book of accounts and set strategy for effective book management.
- Provide constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role.
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Maintain records on our CRM software and keep up-to-date metrics.
Requirements:
- Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
- Strong interest in sales essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Unmatched work ethic and eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
- Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
Compensation: The OTE for this role is $90,000.
