Job Description

At Facsimile Communication Industries, Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating interest and awareness of our products through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise awareness and generate interest in our products through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
  • Identify new accounts and potential clients through social selling and prospecting.
  • Manage own book of accounts and set strategy for effective book management.
  • Provide constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role.
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
  • Maintain records on our CRM software and keep up-to-date metrics.

Requirements:

  • Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
  • Strong interest in sales essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Unmatched work ethic and eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
  • Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.

Compensation: The OTE for this role is $90,000.
