Care Manager Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Care Manager Supervisor at the Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to create a pathway for hope and improve the quality of life for youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Care Managers in their daily activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individual Service Plans, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and state guidelines.
- Coordinate the production of high-quality services and resource management within the organization.
- Provide presentations and training to the community on the mission and goals of PCE.
- Plan and coordinate service utilization, needs, gaps, and linkages with the Community Resource Manager and Team.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to Care Managers, youth, and their families.
- Adequately staff Care Management teams by participating in the hiring and performance assessments of Care Managers.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate in-service training for Care Managers and others.
- Prepare and analyze reports consistent with established database and defined Quality Management System.
- Provide critical information and analysis to Senior Management and the Board of Trustees regarding quality service delivery and resources.
- Serve as liaison to the Operations Director on matters directly relating to child and family services.
Qualifications:
- Embraces the mission, philosophy, and values of PCE and demonstrates an ability to work in collaboration with various individuals and systems.
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of two years of post-Master's related supervisory experience in child welfare, children's behavioral health, juvenile justice, special education, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health position.
- Experience in clinical assessment and child/adolescent development, with community-based experience preferred.
- Clinically and culturally competent, with the training and experience necessary to manage complex cases across child-serving systems.
- Knowledge of the Essex County community preferred.
- Computer literate with excellent writing skills.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Ability to work with energy and enthusiasm on a successful team.
- Experience with community relations and resource development a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Prior wraparound experience a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
