We are currently seeking an Office Administration Manager to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation for resident transitions, including move-ins and move-outs.
- Oversee cash management processes, including the deposit and recording of cash transactions.
- Maintain daily financial records and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate allocation of departmental expenses and maintain necessary documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits management.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain balance sheet account schedules.
- Review and distribute monthly financial reports.
- Compile management reports as needed.
- Maintain organized files for team members, residents, vendors, and financial records.
- Address billing and collection inquiries from residents.
- Supervise the preparation and upkeep of resident records and reports.
- Manage human resources functions, ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee payroll and personnel documentation.
- Manage recruitment processes and scheduling for support staff.
- Set up and monitor private accounts for residents in compliance with regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of one year of accounting experience, or
- Associate's degree in Accounting with two to three years of relevant experience.
