Job Title: Operations Files Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Files Assistant. This role will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks related to file management, printing, and scanning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process support requests for files, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review and verify files for errors, reporting any discrepancies to the Coordinator.
  • Organize and maintain printed files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible to the team.
  • Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks and support functions.
  • Support translation efforts and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., administration, law).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
  • Highly organized with document management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Planner.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
