Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in team management within a technical environment
  • Strong technical background in supporting production applications, particularly with custom.NET and SAP systems
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and ensure team cohesiveness
  • Experience in managing technical projects, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model that combines remote and on-site work. The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions is required.

The physical demands of this job include sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
