Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technology and Development department with a focus on team management, technology development, and product requalification.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new product development, customer support, and safety oversight of laboratories.
  • Collaborate with R&D Managers Neudorf / Kassel to drive innovation and growth.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of T&D storage and housekeeping within the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Air Contaminant Discharge Permit.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the T&D team on safety protocols, chemical handling, and storage.
  • Manage the hiring, reviews, attendance, discipline, and training of all T&D staff.
  • Develop and implement document control processes for Design and Development, Engineering Requests, T&D Operating Procedures, and T&D Specifications.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Management Review Board, Board meetings, A&T R&D Meetings, OnePoint, and individual project meetings.
  • Support budgetary decisions as required by the CEO and Finance Manager.
  • Develop and implement technical strategic vision for Isovolta Inc Harrisburg, including investment proposals for new equipment and plant upgrades.
  • Communicate risk-based thinking to all levels of the T&D department.
  • Participate in the ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems, including NCR management of T&D processes.
  • Support customer enquiries and troubleshooting, including visits to customers and suppliers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry technology events, and regulatory authority forums.
