We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Audit Manager to join our team at PSECU. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the information technology assurance and consulting engagements of our Internal Audit function in accordance with internal audit and information security standards, relevant laws, regulations, and internal governance.

The role will provide key insights into the assessment of risk exposure related to the organization's technology infrastructure, in the development and execution of an annual information technology audit plan and participation on enterprise assurance committees (e.g., Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Information Security).

The IT Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of information technology audits to include network systems and supporting infrastructure, information security, business continuity and governance programs, IT project management, system procurement and development life cycles, third party system integration, and operations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of logical assets in support of business processes and services.

The successful candidate will assist PSECU Management and the Board of Directors by providing analysis, appraisals, recommendations, counsel, and information concerning the organization's IT risk management, internal control, and governance processes.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm.

This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive information technology internal auditing program in accordance with IIA and ISACA standards.
  • Manage and monitor the quality assurance of the IT audit function, ensuring adherence to objectives and standards.
  • Interview and recommend the selection of competent resources to perform IT auditing activities.
  • Provide coaching, training, IT Development program, and continuing education opportunities to applicable internal audit team members.
  • Research, monitor, and analyze emerging industry and regulatory issues to determine their impact on the IT risk and control landscape.
  • Manage relationships with other related internal assurance providers and communicate regularly with management regarding major IT risks.

Preferred Experience / Certifications:
Six years' experience in Information Technology Auditing, Information Security, or related field,
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams,

Three to six years' experience in financial institution Information Technology Auditing or Information Security,
Or any equivalent combination of experience and education.


Certification in field of expertise is required, i.e., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other equivalent professional certification.
