Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Audit Manager to join our team at PSECU. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will be responsible for managing and supervising IT assurance and consulting engagements, ensuring compliance with internal audit and information security standards, relevant laws, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT auditing, information security, or a related field, with proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate teams. Certification in a field of expertise, such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, or CISM, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise IT assurance and consulting engagements
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT internal auditing program
  • Monitor and analyze emerging industry and regulatory issues
  • Manage relationships with other internal assurance providers and communicate with management regarding major IT risks
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with technology and business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six years' experience in IT auditing, information security, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Certification in a field of expertise, such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, or CISM

Physical Demands and Sensory Abilities:

  • Repetitive movement of hands and fingers (e.g. typing, writing)
  • Lifting and carrying containers weighing up to 20-30 pounds
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach above, at, and below the waist
  • Ability to reach above, at, and below shoulder level

Education:

  • BS in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Computer and Information Science

Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid model position, with a minimum of 40% onsite expectation. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
