Sales Territory Manager

National Firestopping Solutions is a leading specialty contractor providing expert services in firestopping installation, rated barrier surveys, fire door inspection and repair, and damper inspection. We partner with industries such as healthcare, higher education, and construction to deliver trusted fire protection solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong territory management skills, and the ability to market specialized services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Market and promote NFS's services through presentations, networking, and other business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for client needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM, construction software tools, and marketing platforms
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
